One observation = one place × one market × one time period. Hourly downloads count actual recorded hours. Components are included.
$3 preparation + graduated observation charges

Each rate applies only to its portion. Quantities are proportional; the total is rounded once to the nearest cent. CSV and Excel cost the same. Applicable tax is additional.
Example: one node × two markets × five 365-day years × 24 hours = 87,600 observations.
