Subscription terms

PowerAtlas is operated by Diego Olea. Contact support@poweratlas.mx.

USD 199/month, billed annually

Pay USD 2,388 upfront each year, plus applicable tax. Your subscription renews annually unless cancelled. Cancel renewal in My account; access continues until your paid year ends. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund.

Data and downloads

CSV and Excel downloads are included. Choose available nodes, markets and dates in the builder. Per file: up to 10 nodes, 500,000 source hours and a 50 MB ZIP. Excel: up to 25,000 rows. Files are in English.

CENACE is the source; PowerAtlas prepares the files. Coverage varies by node and market. Each download is a snapshot. Later source changes do not update files already downloaded. These are wholesale prices, not retail tariffs or forecasts.

Your account

Use the account that started the subscription. Changing the email at checkout does not transfer access. Prepared files remain in My datasets for up to 12 months, while you have paid access. You can keep files you have downloaded.

Help and refunds

For a billing, access or file problem, email support with your reference. We will investigate and arrange a correction or refund as appropriate. Do not subscribe again to fix a failed download. Refunded payments no longer grant download access.

Lemon Squeezy processes purchases as merchant of record. Its purchase terms and applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
